Delivery
For the delivery of our packages we use the parcel
Kiala. There is always a Kiala collection point in your area where you can often outside office hours! And you do not stay home! Easy yet!
We strive to provide the products within 2-5 working days of sending your payment. It is however possible that a product is not available. In that case you will hear this time and creates a new delivery appointment with you.

We use as a contribution to the packaging and shipping within the Netherlands the following rates:

Collection
You can order in person, by appointment only. Once your order is ready we will be having contact you to make an appointment. Obviously in the case of pick up no shipping charge.
Returns and defects
Despite the great care we devote to your order, it is possible that an article fails or fault of your own that you receive the wrong product. In these cases you within 10 days written contact with wood toy land. You can send your written complaint to Customer country wood toys
